Crash numbers increase

Fatalities continue to rise in Minnesota crashes after last week’s locally. Investigations still continue into the two crashes on Highway 169 near Mankato that caused serious injury and death. Now, in just a few days, three more fatalities occurred due to crashes in counties including Kandiyohi, Washington and Wright. There have been 14 crashes alone in the Mankato area this year that have caused some sort of injury or death. Minneapolis is unfortunately ranked first with 204.
