Good Thunder Boy Sexually Abused by Truck Driver

(Mankato, MN) – Criminal charges have been filed against a 43-year-old man for the alleged molestation of a boy in Good Thunder, who was the son of his friend.

Russel Shane Fincher of Atoka, Oklahoma, is accused of four counts of criminal sexual conduct, along with false imprisonment and criminal sexual predatory conduct.

According to the complaint, Fincher is an over-the-road truck driver who had stopped for the night at the home of the boy’s father in Good Thunder last spring.

While there, Fincher had the 13-year-old boy come out to the sleeper compartment of his semi to play a video game and then allegedly molested him.  The boy was eventually able to get out of the truck.

Fincher is a registered sex offender in Oklahoma, because of two prior convictions for sexually based offenses.
