3 charged with murder in Mankato overdose death

Three people have been arrested in connection with a December overdose death in Mankato.
Kueth Pamier Ruae, 25, of Mankato, and Conner Lee Hoeft, 21, and Haley Marie Ross, 23, both of North Mankato were arrested on charges of 3rd-degree murder and 4th-degree drug sales.
Investigators from the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force say Ruae, Ross, and Hoeft all aided in distributing the drug that caused the death of a 21-year-old female in her Mankato apartment on Dec 1, 2022.
