(Mankato, MN) – Three people were injured Tuesday afternoon in a crash at the Blue Earth-Waseca county line.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 84-year-old Duane William Buker of Waseca, was driving a 2011 GMC Terrain that attempted to turn left across the eastbound lane of Highway 14 when it was struck by a 2017 Ford Escape.  Buker had one passenger in the vehicle, 84-year-old Arlene Louise Buker, 84, of Waseca.

The driver of the Ford was James Allen Becker, 52, of Fort Ripley.  Becker, and Duane and Arelene Buker all suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash.  All three were transported to Mayo clinic Mankato.

The crash happened just before 2 p.m.
