Arizona Olive Oil Company in North Mankato to rebrand

(North Mankato, MN) – A North Mankato business will rebrand to reflect their growing product line.

The Arizona Olive Oil Company on Belgrade Avenue will be the Blue Skye Mercantile when they open their doors on January 15.   Owners Lisa and Marty Phillips have long been known for their farm by the same name, where the couple grows organic crops and produce.

The business will still carry oils and vinegar but has now incorporated gourmet food products from local growers, bakers, and producers.
