Austin man killed in car-semi accident

(Harmony, MN) – An Austin man was killed in a crash in Fillmore County on Tuesday after just 1 p.m.

A Plymouth Sundance driven by 23-year-old Andrew Christopher Davidson of Austin was southbound on Highway 52 when it crossed over the center line.  A Freightliner semi that was traveling north on Highway 52 tried to avoid Davidson, but struck the his vehicle on the northbound shoulder.

Davidson was pronounced dead at the scene.  The semi driver, 40-year-old Chad Steven Finseth of Preston was not injured.
