Death of man found in Mankato apartment under investigation

(Mankato, MN) – Police say the death of a 36-year-old man found dead in a Mankato apartment is under investigation.

Assistant Associate Director Dan Schisel of Mankato Public Safety said the incident was reported to police at about 3 a.m. Saturday morning after someone found the man, not breathing, at a Hilltop Lane apartment.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
