Driver arrested after pursuit near New Ulm

(New Ulm, MN) – A 24-year-old man was taken into custody after a chase with law enforcement near New Ulm on Saturday.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office says the pursuit started after deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on the KC Road and attempted to speak to the driver, who then fled.
The deputy was able to maintain safe speeds during the pursuit, which quickly ended at a dead-end road, according to a release.
The driver was arrested and charges are pending from the Brown County Attorney’s office.
