North Mankato hiring election judges

The City of North Mankato is hiring Election Judges.

2022 Election Dates:

• Primary Election – August 9, 2022
• General Election – November 8, 2022

Election judges are essential to our democracy.  They are the officials that serve the voters in the local polling places, administer election procedures, and ensure the rights of voters are protected on Election Day.  Serving as an election judge provides the opportunity to learn about the election process and is an important service to our community.  Help move democracy forward by becoming an Election Judge.

Qualifications to be an Election Judge:

• Eligible to vote in Minnesota
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Complete training course
• Must not be a candidate on the ballot in the precinct
• Must not be related to, or living in the home of a candidate on the ballot in the precinct.
