Four injured in 2 separate crashes Saturday
Four people were injured in two separate crashes Saturday.
In Blue Earth County, two people were injured when a minivan and an SUV collided on eastbound Highway 14 at the intersection with Co Rd 56 near Eagle Lake at 2:30 p.m.
The SUV driver, Chalese Elizabeth Rohne, 20, of Eagle Lake, was transported to Mayo Clinic Mankato with non-life threatening injuries.
A 77-year-old woman from Spirit Lake, Iowa, who was a passenger in the minivan, also reported non-life threatening injuries, but wasn’t hospitalized.
Shortly before 9 p.m., two passengers were injured when an SUV went into the ditch in Renville County.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Kelly Rachel Hagen, 41, of Mankato, was westbound on Old Fort Rd at the time of the single-vehicle crash.
Hagen’s passengers, Donald Werner Hagen, 71, and Nancy Kay Hagen, 72, both of Belview, were transported to the Sleepy Eye Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
