Friesen’s changes name to Wooden Spoon

(Mankato, MN) – Friesen’s Bakery has rebranded with a new name to start the New Year.

The Old Town business has changed their name to the Wooden Spoon to better reflect their expanded menu, which will include family meals.  The Wooden Spoon name represents a kitchen item that has been handed down from grandparents and other family members to later generations, invoking times of old, memories of family dinners, holiday joy, and all around good times.
