Greater Mankato Growth announces congressional race forum

Greater Mankato Growth has announced they’ll host a candidate forum for the First Congressional District race next month. 

Democratic candidate Jeff Ettinger and Republican Congressman Brad Finstad will appear at the forum, which will be held at South Central College on October 13 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

“We are excited to announce this congressional candidate forum,” said Andy Wilke, Director of Business Development and Public Affairs at Greater Mankato Growth. “Voter education and awareness is an important part of our mission at GMG, candidate forums are an important venue for voters to hear directly from candidates so that they can make an informed choice on their ballots.”

The forum is free to attend and registration is not required.
