Hockey Day 2022 is in Mankato & tickets are on sale Tuesday

Ticket sales begin this week for Hockey Day Minnesota 2022, slated to take place in Mankato this winter.

Tickets for the Jan 16 – Jan 23 event go on sale Tues, Oct 12 at 8 a.m.  Hockey Day Minnesota is sponsored by the Minnesota Wild, and the Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic.

Hockey Day will feature seven games in three days, including the Maverick’s Saturday evening contest with the University of St. Thomas in men’s hockey.

This winter, Mankato will become the first southern Minnesota city to host Hockey Day since the event’s inception in 2007.  Mankato was originally tapped to host the event last year, but it was foiled by the coronavirus pandemic.
