It’s opening day for Minnesota’s first Slim Chickens franchise…in Mankato!

The chicken-focused destination opens today, Monday, July 11.

Mankato residents will find the new restaurant at the site of the former Grizzly’s restaurant, at 1700 Madison Ave.

Slim Chickens is a Fayetteville, Arkansas-based franchise that specializes in chicken tenders, chicken wings, and chicken and waffles.
