Juveniles injured in rollover crash in Sibley County

Two juveniles were injured in a rollover crash in Sibley County last week.

The crash happened Oct 6 just after 2 p.m. on 210th St, about a mile from Highway 22 in New Auburn Township.

A news release from the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office says Cole Bauer, 18, of rural Brownton, was driving a Ford F-150 that drove off the roadway and rolled a full turn before landing upright.  The road is gravel and Bauer was attempted to negotiate a 90-degree curve, according to the release.

The sheriff’s office says four juveniles were passengers in the pickup.  Two of those passengers were transported by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries for medical care.
