Level 3 offender moves to New Ulm

A Level 3 sex offender has moved to New Ulm.
Archester Rodgers Jr moved to the city on March 16, according to a release from the New Ulm Police Department.
Police say a video will be posted to the City of New Ulm’s YouTube account with more information.
Rodgers has multiple convictions in Minnesota for violating his predatory offender registration.
