(Mankato, MN) – A Mankato man is behind bars after he allegedly chased a man with a replica gun Tuesday morning.
A release from Mankato Public Safety says Dayton Christopher Moore, 21, of Mankato, was arrested on possible charges of threats of violence and second-degree assault.
Police responded to a weapons complaint at the College Station Apartments on Pohl Rd at 9:42 a.m., where a caller reported being chased by a man with a gun in his waistband. The caller left the area unharmed, according to a press release.
At the scene, police discovered a broken window on a main floor apartment, where they found Moore inside. A back replica Beretta air-soft gun was recovered during a search of the area, according to the release.
