Motorcyclist injured on Highway 169

(Mankat0, MN) – A 61-year-old Trimont man was injured in a motorcycle crash on Highway 169 Thursday morning.

Ronald Vance Shade was northbound on Highway 169 at Riverfront Drive at 8:54 a.m. on a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle. He lost control of the motorcycle while attempting to change lanes, flipping the bike.

Shade was taken to Mayo Health Clinic Mankato with non-life threatening injuries.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Shade was not wearing a helmet.
