Motorcyclist killed in head-on crash in Le Sueur County

A rural Le Sueur motorcyclist was killed in a head-on crash with a pickup truck west of Montgomery Saturday afternoon.

Scott Alan Christensen, 60, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened on Le Sueur County Rd 26 near County Rd 136 at around 3:31 p.m.

A release from the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office says Christensen was on a 2002 Harley Davidson that was westbound when it collided head-on in a curve of the road with an eastbound Dodge pickup.

The pickup driver was identified as Rae Bohlman, 55, of Green Isle.  Neither Bohlman nor her passenger, 56-year-old Floyd Bohlman, were injured.

The crash remains under investigation.
