MSU President Richard Davenport retires

Minnesota State University President Richard Davenport has retired after 19 years on the job. 

Davenport is the third-longest serving president in the college’s history and had the longest tenure of any current Minnesota college or university president. 

Dr. Edward Inch takes the helm Thursday, July 1, becoming just the fourth president of the college since 1979.
