Olivia man critically injured in crash

An Olivia man was critically injured in a crash on Highway 212 Wednesday morning.
Jose Antonio Garza, 35, was transported to the Olivia hospital with life threatening injuries following the crash in Renville County.
A crash report says a semi tractor driven by Steven Mark Buelow, 62, of Watson, was eastbound on Highway 212 and Garza’s Nissan Versa was westbound when the two vehicles collided. The crash time is listed as 8:28 a.m.
Buelow was not injured, according to the patrol’s report.
Both men were wearing seat belts. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to the patrol.
