(Mankato, MN) – A Pemberton man is denying allegations that he raped a girl at his hog farm.

William David Huber, 62, was charged in Blue Earth County Court with four felony counts of criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents say a juvenile female under the age of 13 confided in a social worker she was 10 or 11 years old at the time of the rape and was sleeping on Huber’s couch when she woke up to him raping her.  The girl said she stayed overnight at his house and was there to “hang out” with Huber while he did chores on his hog farm.

Huber told investigators that the girl had come over to help with chores when she was around 9-year-old, but denied raping her, according to the complaint.
