River Hills Mall under new ownership

The River Hills Mall has new owners.
Kohan Retail Investment Group, a New York-based real estate firm with about 50 malls and two hotels, has purchased the property.
The mall was previously owned by Brookfield Property Partners.
The firm also owns the Burnsville Center.
