PODCAST: Rep Jack Considine talks session accomplishments, how Torkelson sabotaged Corridors funding for rural MN, and why taxpayers can’t be lethargic about transparency from lawmakers

(Mankato, MN) – Rep. Jack Considine (DFL-19B) joined SouthernMinnesotaNews.com to discuss the outcome of the session.

He talked at length about how Rep. Torkelson (R-Hanska) destroyed Greater Minnesota’s chance at Corridors for Commerce funding and what he felt were the successes and failures of the 2018 legislative session.

Considine also stressed the importance of the involvement and voice of taxpayers, and talked about why it’s important they are diligent and vocal about what they want from their representatives.
