(Madison Lake, MN) – Authorities have now released more information about the weekend juvenile prostitution sting in Blue Earth County.
Police say the operation took place in Madison Lake on Saturday, September 30th, as law enforcement used the Internet to pose as prostitutes where the 6 suspects agreed to buy sex for money or narcotics.
Those arrested have been identified as 37-year-old Nicholas Dustin Horst of Clear Lake, Iowa, 18-year-old Khaled Ghadeer Khaled Alghadhouri-Alenezi of Mankato, 19-year-old Andrew Baylee Graham, 19-year-old Ryan Randel Blair, 40-year-old Abdoulaye Issoufou Kourou of Philadelphia, Pennslyvania, and 35-year-old Jwandra Lashonne Lively of Jeanerette, Louisiana.
One individual fled during the operation and remains at large. Police are working to identify that suspect, which could bring the total up to seven arrested.
Investigator Marc Chadderdon with the Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office says from posting the one ad online, police received calls and text messages from over 150 different individuals. “We are continuing to try to get the message out that Minnesota girls are not for sale in southern Minnesota,” said Chadderdon.
Since November of 2014, 105 individuals have been arrested for prostitution related offenses in Nicollet, Brown and Blue Earth counties. These investigations are made possible by grants from the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota and the Office of Justice Programs.
