(Mankato, MN) – A St. Francis man has been sentenced in Blue Earth County court, convicted of felony burglary, drug possession, and credit card fraud.

Thirty-five-year-old Jason Phyle was also convicted of gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation.

Phyle and his accomplice, 33-year-old Cassie Nelson of Minneapolis led police on a high speed chase to St. Peter in December after police located a vehicle in Mankato that they’d stolen in Minneapolis.  The pair also burglarized a residence on Highway 68, stealing multiple items.

According to the Mankato Free Press, Phyle was sentenced to 41 months in prison, with credit for time served.  There is a warrant for Nelson’s arrest.
