State patrol cites alcohol in crash that sent Le Sueur man to hospital

The Minnesota State Patrol says alcohol was a factor in a crash that sent a Le Sueur man to the hospital Thursday evening.

Reynaldo Loya, 39, was hospitalized with believed non-life threatening injuries following the June 2 crash at about 7 p.m. on Highway 19 in Tyrone Township.

A crash report says Loya’s pickup was eastbound on Highway 19 when it left the roadway and rolled in the ditch.

The state patrol says Loya was wearing his seat belt, but alcohol was detected in his system.
