Update: New Ulm man killed in Morton crash identified

The man killed in a crash in Renville County Tuesday night has been identified.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Jacob Samuel Hawn, 36, of New Ulm died at the scene of the crash in Morton, in Renville County.
A crash report says Hawn was driving a Volkswagen Jetta westbound on Highway 19 in Morton when the vehicle ran off the road just after 10 p.m.and rolled in the area of Brook Dr.
A crash report says Hawn was not wearing a seatbelt. The state patrol says it’s unknown if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
