Virtual series will be a ‘candid conversation’ on rural-urban divide

Building Understanding Between Rural & Urban Communities begins Thursday, February 24 at 2:30 p.m.  The series is hosted by the Center for Rural Policy & Development and the Citizens League.

The virtual series will explore shared challenges in both rural and urban areas.

A description from organizers:

“In reality, we all want similar things – good healthcare and education, for example – but the solutions often look different based on where you live.  How can building understanding between these communities?”

Panelists include Kate Cimino, Executive Director of the Citizens League, Benya Kraus, Executive Director & Co-Founder of Lead for MN, and Julie Tesch, President & CEO of the Center for Rural Policy & Development.
