Bicycle stolen from special needs child at Sibley Park

(Mankato, MN) – Mankato Public Safety says a bicycle was stolen from a special needs child Saturday at Sibley Park.

A press release says the bicycle was modified for a child with special needs, and was taken around 7:30 p.m.

The bike is blue and has modified training wheels.
