Madison Lake man killed in weekend crash on Highway 60

A Madison Lake man was killed over the weekend in a crash on Highway 60.
The state patrol says Mikael Newton, 21, of Madison Lake was southbound on the highway just after 1 a.m. when his Volkswagen Jetta left the roadway and rolled at 215th St, just north of Highway 14.
Newton was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The crash report says alcohol was detected in his system.
