New Ulm Police looking for clues in hit-and run pedestrian crash
(New Ulm, MN) – New Ulm Police say a hit-and-run crash injured a child, with few clues as to who the driver might be.
According to a Facebook post from the department, a juvenile male was struck on South Minnesota Street around 4:45 p.m. Thursday afternoon. The driver fled the scene. The crash occurred between 10th Street South and 12th Street South.
The vehicle that hit the boy is described as a small black car. There was no further information on the vehicle, the driver, or the exact location.
The boy suffered what police describe as “road rash” injuries in the incident.
