Charges: Man pulled hair from victim’s scalp
Walter Brown, Blue Earth County Jail

A Minneapolis man is accused of pulling hair from a woman’s scalp as she tried to stop him from driving intoxicated.

Walter Brown, 28, was charged Monday with felony counts of harassment and domestic assault in Blue Earth County Court.

A criminal complaint says a woman was trying to stop Brown from driving with children because he was impaired.  Brown allegedly pulled the woman’s hair, then formed a finger gun and said: “Bitch, I should just shoot you in the face.”

The woman screamed and a witness called police, who say they observed a “large clump” of hair that had been removed from the victim’s scalp.

Brown fled the scene, according to the complaint, but was located the following day, on Christmas.

Brown has five prior domestic violence-related convictions in the last ten years, according to the complaint.
