Level 3 sex offender to be released in Mankato

A Level 3 sex offender will be released from jail Friday. 

Police say 45-year-old Dwayne Qutez Irving has nowhere to live when he is released into Mankato.

Irving has an extensive criminal history, with convictions including stalking, criminal sexual conduct, and felony domestic abuse.  A recorded community notification meeting is available online. To join, use passcode 9%M@$@sF
