(Mankato, MN) – A teen driver and a Waterville man were both injured in a two-vehicle crash south of Montgomery this morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol says roads were snow and ice covered at 7:27 a.m. when a Chrysler Town and Country minivan that was southbound on Highway 13 made a left turn and collided with a northbound Chevrolet Silverado.

The Chrysler was driven by a 16-year-old boy who was transported to a New Prauge Hospital.  His name wasn’t released or his injuries disclosed.

The Silverado driver was Jeffrey John Frodl, 45, of Waterville.  Frodl was transported to a New Prague Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
