Body found confirmed to be Shawn Mooring

The body found Friday morning at Silver Lake is confirmed to be that of Shawn Mooring, who went missing in December.
The Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office says the Ramsey County Medical Examiner positively identified the body as the 25-year-old Mooring, who went running from a Cleveland Township residence in the evening hours of December 13.
